How to download a video

Within 10 days of your order, you will receive an e-mail from support@sokutabi.com with the download URL.
Clicking on the download URL will start the download to your device.
Please download within 72 hours.

If you have any problems saving the file, please try the following;

-In case you do not allow pop-ups when downloading

Please set your browser to "Allow pop-ups" and try the download URL again.

-In case you can't find the file after saved

Here is the download location for the default settings.

 Windows and Mac: Please check the "Downloads" folder.
 Android: Please check "Storage" -> "Download" in "File Manager" app, etc.
 iOS: Please check "Files" -> "On my iPhone" -> "Downloads", etc.
